Everything you need to know about our occupational therapy services.

About Our Approach

A referral for occupational therapy services is not required to initiate an evaluation or begin treatment services. However, an occupational therapy referral may be required from your insurance provider if you plan to submit a super bill for potential out of network reimbursement. It is recommended that you contact your insurance provider to ask if a physician's referral is required for reimbursement of services.

We take a bottom-up approach, starting at the neurological foundation using tools like photobiomodulation, vagus nerve stimulation, reflex integration, and sensory integration. Rather than just addressing surface-level symptoms, we harness the brain's neuroplasticity to build a strong neurological base so that higher-level skills like attention, coordination, and self-regulation can develop more naturally and effectively.

We work with children across a wide range of diagnoses and developmental concerns, including autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, sensory processing disorder, developmental delays, anxiety, learning difficulties, coordination challenges, and retained primitive reflexes. We also support children who may not have a formal diagnosis but are struggling with self-regulation, attention, motor skills, or daily routines. Every child's treatment plan is individualized based on their unique neurological profile and goals.

We work with children of all ages, from infants through adolescents. Our root cause approach is effective across the developmental spectrum because it targets the neurological foundation that supports growth and function at every stage.

Absolutely. Caregiver involvement is a key part of our approach. You are welcome to observe and participate during sessions, and our therapist provides ongoing education and training so you can continue supporting your child's progress at home. We believe that empowering caregivers with knowledge and strategies leads to stronger, longer lasting outcomes.

Our Services

NeuroConnect Intensives are our flagship program designed to take advantage of neuroplasticity through concentrated, daily therapy over a short period. Each intensive combines multiple treatment modalities including photobiomodulation, vagus nerve stimulation, reflex integration, and sensory integration. This multi-modal approach creates meaningful progress that traditional weekly sessions alone often cannot achieve.

Treatment sessions are typically scheduled for 45 to 60 minutes. The treatment session length will be recommended by the therapist depending on your child's specific therapy needs. The length of the sessions can be modified throughout the duration of treatment as needed.

NeuroConnect Intensives are one or two week programs, with sessions five days a week for two hours each day. The specific program length and goals are individually designed based on your child's needs. This concentrated, daily approach allows us to maximize neuroplasticity and build momentum that traditional once a week sessions cannot achieve on their own.
