play-based occupational therapy from the comfort of your home

Connected Kids Pediatric Therapy is a mobile private practice that offers in-home occupational therapy to children in the Southeast Valley of Arizona. Our therapy practice is play based, strengths focused, neurodiversity affirming, and family centered. We believe in celebrating each child’s unique developmental differences while providing skilled therapeutic services through child-led play.

Through our family centered approach you will be a part of your child’s treatment planning from the very beginning. We recognize that you love and know your child better than anyone and we strive to provide meaningful therapy that prioritizes your child’s needs. We believe your child will have the most progress when you are able to play an active role in their therapy sessions; we will partner with you every step of the way!

Jaclyn Pastena, OTD, OTR/L, CPRCS

Doctor of Occupational Therapy

Jaclyn is a National Board Certified Occupational Therapist and a Certified Primitive Reflex Clinical Specialist. She received her post-professional Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy from Creighton University in 2020 and completed her doctoral capstone on pediatric feeding therapy. Since completing her degree, Jaclyn has dedicated her time to furthering her knowledge and expertise in the areas of feeding, sensory processing, and primitive reflex integration.

Jaclyn believes in holistic, patient-centered care that is meaningful and purposeful. She understands that each child’s developmental differences are unique and should never have a “one size fits all” approach. Jaclyn strives to implement effective and evidence-based treatment strategies that support each child's neurodevelopmental needs. Her goal is always to address the root cause of a child's challenges while giving families the tools to succeed outside of therapy sessions.
